Escalator Upgrade
We're here for more at Forest Hill Chase, and that includes exciting new escalators at the Red Level Carpark entrance.
While work is underway, you can still park in the Red Level Carpark as we have more options to get you where you need to go.
- Use the glass lift to the right of the Food Court entrance to access the upper levels
- Lift or ramp to Coles mall via the carpark OR
- Travelator to Aldi mall located next to the Bus Interchange
Stores will remain open during the works so you will still be able to enjoy an uninterrupted convenient shopping experience.
Ambience Upgrade
We’re excited to share that the ambience upgrades in the Level 1 Coles Mall are now complete. This includes new modern floor tiles, enhanced ceiling features, upgraded architecturally incorporated lighting, and stylish new seating and furniture pods, all designed to elevate your experience.
In addition, the Level 1 bathrooms in the Coles mall have been renovated, offering refreshed and modern amenities to complement the new look of the mall.

New look fresh food mall coming soon
A new, look fresh food mall is coming to Level 1 soon. We’re keeping your favourites and injecting more variety and convenience, for both your quick stops, and weekend shops.
Works will launch in late October and will be completed by mid-2025. Stores will remain open during the works so you will still be able to enjoy an uninterrupted shopping experience.
